25hours Hotel The Olympia is Australia’s first 25hours Hotel and Sydney’s newest boutique hotel. Home to 109 guest rooms, including three themed concept suites. As the former West Olympia Theatre, the guest room interior designs ‘Renegade’ and ‘Dreamer’ are a nod to the original protagonists in every movie.
The property has four charismatic venues. On the ground floor The Palomar – a stalwart in London’s hospitality industry for more than a decade – bringing the famous London concept to Sydney. The Palomar is a love letter to the Mediterranean with influences from Southern Europe, North Africa and the Levant brought to life with the best Australian ingredients.
The Mulwray is a neighbourhood cocktail and wine bar – inspired by Evelyn Mulwray’s character from the 1974 film Chinatown, heroing expertly made classic cocktails, bio-dynamic wines and varieties from lesser-known growers. Also on the ground floor, café Jacob the Angel will be the perfect spot to fuel up before exploring the city. A highlight for any visit to the hotel will be Monica, a rooftop bar with unique views of Paddington and Sydney.
Two meeting rooms also take centre stage on the lower ground floor – the largest catering for up to 150 people. The primary event space, The Academy Twin is 156sqm, equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual and The Odeon with tiered lounge seating at 60sqm catering for 15 people.
