Monica is a sun-soaked rooftop bar perched atop 25hours Hotel The Olympia in the heart of Paddington. Inspired by 1960s Hollywood reimagined through a modern Sydney lens, the 200-person venue features indoor lounges, an open-air terrace, a DJ booth and a large-scale mural by Sydney artist George Buchanan.
